1. Application/Resume Submission

2. Vetting Stage

Recruitment teams verify your experience, lead in-depth interviews, and manage all background and drug testing required by Georgia law for local placement.

3. Final Hiring

Enter your new career with full assistance regarding state payroll setup, professional credentialing, and ongoing regional compliance support.

4. Interview Process

Candidates who meet the selection criteria will be invited for an interview. The interview process may include initial phone screenings followed by one or more in-person or virtual interviews with relevant department heads or team leads.

Selected candidates will receive a conditional offer of employment, outlining terms, compensation, and benefits.

9. Final Document Verification and Onboarding

Once all contingencies are cleared, the final onboarding process involves completing required legal documentation and introductory training sessions.
