The Hiring Journey
1. Application/Resume Submission
Upload your professional details via our portal. 2. Vetting Stage

3. Final Hiring

4. Interview Process

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our Georgia-based corporate office. You will drive talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and hire top-tier professionals while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Education (Required/Preferred)
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred: Specialized training in talent acquisition or workforce development.
Experience (Required/Preferred)
- Required: 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or high-volume staffing agency environments.
- Preferred: Experience in the Georgia labor market and professional service industries.
Knowledge Requirements
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Deep understanding of Georgia state hiring regulations and EEOC standards.
- Advanced networking and candidate engagement techniques.
Preferred Certifications

Essential Duties

Position Summary
The Information Technology Specialist is responsible for maintaining company-wide hardware, software, and network systems. This role ensures seamless digital operations for our Georgia recruitment hub by providing technical support, system migration assistance, and cybersecurity monitoring.
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Advanced networking skills including VPN, firewalls, and local server management.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) backend maintenance and security.
- Coordinate hardware deployment and software updates for all internal staffing personnel.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive candidate and client data.
