REQ-BH-1001: General Warehouse Associate – Logistics Support
Target Bill Rate: $22.50 – $24.75 /hr

Responsible for high-volume order fulfillment, inventory replenishment, and shipping/receiving documentation within a climate-controlled distribution center. Requires proficiency in RF scanner technology and basic warehouse management systems (WMS).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a 100k+ sq. ft. facility.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and stand for 8-10 hour shifts.
  • OSHA Forklift Certification (preferred but not required).
REQ-BH-1002: Certified Forklift Operator – Sit-down/Reach
Target Bill Rate: $25.00 – $28.50 /hr

Safe operation of heavy-duty sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts in a fast-paced environment. Includes high-rack picking, trailer loading/unloading, and cross-docking operations with strict adherence to safety protocols.

  • Valid OSHA-compliant certification required.
  • 3+ years of verifiable experience in industrial settings.
  • Proven record of safety and equipment maintenance compliance.
REQ-BH-1003: Administrative Assistant – Front Office Support
Target Bill Rate: $21.50 – $26.00 /hr

Providing clerical and organizational support within a corporate or industrial office setting. Responsibilities include multi-line phone management, data entry, document control, and managing sensitive personnel or client records.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
REQ-BH-1004: Production Line Lead – Manufacturing
Target Bill Rate: $26.50 – $31.00 /hr

Supervising a team of 5-10 production workers to ensure hourly quotas and quality standards are met. Monitoring equipment performance, conducting frontline quality checks, and managing shift transitions/reporting.

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a production environment.
  • Deep understanding of GMP and safety regulations.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills considered a strong plus.
REQ-BH-1005: Packaging & Finishing Specialist
Target Bill Rate: $19.00 – $21.50 /hr

Precision hand-packaging and automated labeling for retail-ready consumer goods. Ensures aesthetically correct placement and structural integrity of final product shipments while maintaining high-speed throughput targets.

  • Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work in a repetitive, focused environment.
  • Recent experience in high-volume assembly or packaging.
REQ-BH-1010: Hospital Unit Coordinator – Healthcare Admin
Target Bill Rate: $24.00 – $29.50 /hr

Facilitating clinical operations through scheduling, medical record management, and department-level coordination. Liaising between nursing staff, physicians, and patients to streamline admissions and discharges.

  • 2+ years in healthcare administration or unit support.
  • HIPAA compliance certification required.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) platforms.
